Engagement Rings for the Green-Conscious
I know a lot of women would die for a beautifully crafted engagement ring; one with the perfect diamond and the perfect cut. But a more conscientious woman, who also supports Green Earth, will probably appreciate this sustainable engagement ring instead. From the looks of it, it doesn’t have the best cut nor the prettiest design. But it does have the best intentions not only for the woman who is going to wear this forever, but for Mother Earth, too.
The ring is from Dawes Design, a company that offers “sustainably beautiful” options for today’s brides and grooms to be. They offer engagement and wedding rings which are hand-crafted from recycled metals and diamonds labeled as “conflict-free”. The pieces are hand-crafted in Dawes Northern California studio.
