Golf Course by Justin Timberlake

Not only are people helping the environment but more and more celebrities are doing their job. Recently Justin Timberlake invested on a 16 million dollar golf course. When the actor is not busy performing on stage, he is recently found golfing. That is why he bought this for himself.
The good news about this golf course is it is eco friendly. It recently became the first project in the United States to receive the Audubon International’s Classic Sanctuary certification.
“For example, irrigation and drainage systems reuse and maximize the use of rainwater; native grass areas and waste bunkers reduce the amount of property that must be maintained; more lake areas and recalculating streams support wildlife; and, instead of equipment sheds, a “Natural Resource Management Center” has a biodegradable treatment of rinse water.” From the article.
Mirimichi has taken enormous steps to help save the environment and protect the wildlife.
A source says, JT has always been sensitive to his environment.
“It is because Justin grew up in Shelby Forest. It is because he wants to honor his native American Indian heritage,”
Even on his concert tours, he has hired a company to calculate and compensate for the “carbon footprint” the shows create.
Mirimichi has plans of having electric golf carts using solar panels.
The golf, food and beverage operations are researching to use products that are made of recycled materials, golf director Greg King said.
The future clubhouse will be built to LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) standards.
Also according to the company, they wanted to provide a relaxation for people and in the meantime protecting the environment.
