Saving water while you wash.

In the household there is gallons of water wasted either by leaving the faucet running, taking baths constantly or simply by taking extra long showers when it really is not needed, it should be a simple short process while saving money on your household bills and helping saving water supplies at the same time, its a fair trade. Eco Friendly Showers is the right way to go, this could mean the simple way of having a shorter shower and preserving water or even by purchasing some equipment to assist you.

Mira has designed a shower now titled Mira Minilite Eco. It has a factory fitted flow regulator which restricts the flow by a large percentage, it is half the size of your standard valves, thermostatic and has a 3 year guarantee , thats one big Eco deal. This whole system reduces the amount of water used by a large 75%, it also saves energy and water as less hot water is needed. The fancy adjustable shower head offers 3 spray modes that all reduce water consumption, when you think about it this really benefits everyone.

Another possible example of having an Eco shower is the new concept created by a Brazilian design student, it is called Fog Shower, it also saves energy and water while actually bathing you in a directed fog of heated water vapor, it is only a new concept now but if produced it would use less than a twelfth of the water used by today’s most efficient shower heads. Lets hope this clever idea comes about so we can have even more ideas to add to our bathrooms worldwide.
