Emma Watson’s Eco-Fashion Line
Harry Potter’s hottie, Emma Watson, is working on bringing an organic and ethical cloth collection of clothes and accessories for UK’s People Tree.
The company is an online boutique with collections and designers from around fifty countries. The clothes sold on this site come under a complete production process of growing, weaving, dying, stitching and so on.
Emma’s fashion line will feature styles for the 16-24 age group. Says Emma of this latest endeavor:
“I was excited by the idea of using fashion as a tool to alleviate poverty and knew it was something I could help make a difference with. I think young people like me are becoming increasingly aware of the humanitarian and environmental issues surrounding fast fashion and want to make good choices but there aren’t many options out there.”
