Good news for those in the service
When it comes to keeping a close eye on your children many people agree that nursery’s are a truly good source where they can keep their mind at ease before their kids are due to head of to school. Well now the army is following suit with a brand new Eco nursery to be built especially for the children of the servicemen and women in Clouchester, England. With the servicemen not due back till next Spring there is a lot of work and preparation to be done before then.
This brand new nursery will cost around 1.6 million sterling, a worthy price for something that will be on natures side, also the families and their children who will be getting not only a special play time area but also a priceless Eco education. When the work starts shortly there will be a turf cutting ceremony to mark the beginning of a great event and some of the designs included in this nursery will be, solar shading, natural ventilation and even a sedum roof.
The building that the nursery will be built into is already energy efficient making it the perfect place to set up shop and so many families are already based in or around the exact area meaning the 50 places or more that this new nursery will hold for children up to 5 is going to fill up fast. Watch out for the new Eco paradise for children to be set up September 2010 and lets hope some more similar works soon follow.Â
