Even more Eco homes
We all share this planet so its important that every person on it does what they can in order to preserve it and do as little damage as possible as we live our daily lives. Since over half of our life is spent inside the home why not make it Eco-Friendly? That is exactly what Korea has done with a new plan to build Eco home. A plan like this has already been carried out in England with good success so lets hope this quickly follows suit.
As part of its “Green Growth” the government of Korea are now encouraging the construction of Eco homes. The plan has been actively supported and should be a triumph for the people. During the construction the workers will have to meet strick environmental standards which will include more than 20 homes on one site.
Korea’s Green Policy focuses on Eco friendly tranposrtation which would be bicycle exclusive roads a very clever idea which more cities should follow up with, it also focuses on the development of electric cars and the four river refurbishment project.
With the development of the Eco homes in Korea the government has now set a goal for themselves to be in the top 7 countries of Green competiveness by 2020 and a top 5 by 2050 and they are surely on their way with their amazing Green living ways. If only more large countries would follow this smart path, the enery, atmosphere and planet will be so much better of aswell as the overal quality of our lives.
