Another natural disaster

The world once again watched helplessly in shock at the devastating news of the earthquake in Haiti where hundreds of thousands of people have lost their lives with the death toll still rising. The earthquake happened at a time where as one we are already vulnerable and with natural disasters increasing you can not help but want to link it all to the ever increasing threat of global warming.

While the tragedy of Haiti has ruined the lives of the people living there and including many tourists who are also feared dead the rest of us can just look on and hopefully come together as nations to help this country recover come of the damage and grow stronger from this tragedy.

The sad fact of the situation is that natural disasters can be be stopped, all we can do is prepare as best as we can to fight against them or try to slow them down all together and that’s where living Eco friendly comes into the situation. If everybody could take notice of these tragedies and live a greener life perhaps we could avoid such images of this, people loosing their lives, the lives of loved ones, their homes and all because of the increasingly fragile earth we share.

The bottom line is live the best life you possibly can the green clean way, and if you have any money or time to spare do what you can for the people of Haiti and make a donation at any of these organizations  Oxfam, Red Cross, Unicef, United Nations. Lets work together, thanks!
