Today is a very special day across the world. In case you haven’t heard, Its Global Wind Day! For those who are unfamiliar, Global Wind Day was first introduced to the public in 1999. It was created by the pairing of European Wind Energy Association and Global Wind Energy Council.
Basically many public events will be organized all over the world in honor of this day. The basic premise behind this day is to promote awareness for wind energy, it is an issue which is often neglected so today it will finally be pushed into the spotlight to gain the attention it needs.
