Prepare a Healthy Waste Free Lunch
During the day it is important to eat healthy, in order to be productive, and perform well in work or with your daily tasks. To many of us tend to neglect daily planning and eat fast food. Not only is this bad for your health, but also negative for the environment. All that waste builds up quickly. Therefore preparing a healthy lunch includes the materials which you store it in and use to eat.

What harms the environment is waste and rubbish been left around. When organizing your lunch try and include as much re-usable and recyclable products as possible. For your silverware avoid plastic knives and forks. Your cutlery from home will do fine, remember this can be washed and used again. Plastic just ends up back in the waste basket.
For hot and cold drinks choose thermos. They are safe to use and keep the temperature of your beverage right. Also, they can be used as many times as you wish.
Plastic and paper bags are bad ideas for carrying your lunch in. Purchase a study lunchbox. It can be re-used and keeps your food well contained and fresh no matter the weather or how long it takes for you to eat.
Some good healthy food choices include fruits, mix yourself a fruit salad or prepare a smoothie. Both will give you energy through a strong amount of vitamins. Sandwiches are good also, just avoid wrapping them up with foil. Organic milk, and pear juice are perfect drink choices for during the day! Remember to eat healthy and always think Eco!
