The Ford Explorer arrives
Walking is the best form of traveling. However, long distances, strong weather and many other factors make it impossible to always choose the healthy-eco option. Car manufacturers are working hard to release some quality vehicles which live up to the high standards environmentalists demand. We all want to cut our carbon emissions. Now Ford have outdone themselves once more with an updated version of the highly popular Ford Explorer.
Hot on the heels of the 2010 model, the 2011 explorer has really increased in terms of quality, and Eco-elements. With 20% better fuel economy that the current version and a brand new four-cylinder EcoBoost engine this is a car to really get excited about.
In terms of weight, the 2011 version weights in 100lbs lighter, and is a completely new design. A lot of time and energy was put into the development of this vehicle and the results have really payed off.
Julie Levine and Julie Rocco are the names behind this wonder car, they have been working on the 2011 Ford Explorer for a long time. A total reinvention for the SUV was the promise they have to live up to and they have really succeeded.
Vehicles like this are few and far between. Whenever an automobile or product hits the marketplace with an Eco tag it shows the demand is really there amongst consumers. It is important to fight against global warming and reduce levels of pollution and damage to our earth in anyway possible. The choices are out there to make the right choice and go Green!
