More Phones hit the Marketplace

There can never be enough Eco-Friendly phones out in the marketplace to choose from. People on average change their phone at least twice a year, so with all that switching going on it is good to know that their is a large selection of cell phones available. Vodafone have the very latest release, titled the Solar Guru from Samsung which was officially out to the public in India yesterday.

The VF 247 is solar powered and charges automatically from exposure to sunlight, no need for draining energy with a charger.That is a very impressive feature which we hope begins to show up on more phones. The amount of energy saved would be incredible.

Apple are next with the much debated and discussed release of the iPhone 4. What is rarely discussed however, is the Eco side of this remarkable mobile. Thankfully it is quite an environmentally friendly device, with an arsenic free display case, an energy efficient power adapter, and many other special green creativity.

Even the packaging comes from recycled material so in conclusion this is an impressive phone with a lot to offer the public in many ways. Well worth a look if you have the previous model, or simply fancy a change.
