The warmer weather should already be giving people lots of reasons to leave the car at home and walk. Gardening is a fun hobby to have, especially during summer. Use to heat to start planting some organic vegetables in your garden. They taste good, and can tempt you to change your diet around to the healthier option. In the long term, growing your own vegetables can turn out to be a big money saver!
Barbecues are popular during the warm months. Why not try something different this year and cut out all the red meat. There are lots of tasty alternatives that can be cooked and enjoyed.
