Be More Eco in Work!
Your career and chosen job is a very important decision and stepping stone to what your whole future may look like. Did you know that green friendly careers are on the increase? It has now become easier than ever to work for the environment either through study, teaching or manual work. The choices are out there so be selective and get involved!

The first step in your journey is to find something of interest. Would you prefer teaching or being actively involved in the environment? There is so much good to be done out there, a good recommendation is to volunteer for your local community and go from there. The more active you become the easier it will be to meet people who can help you achieve your ambitions and guide you in the right direction.
Education is very important. Areas like journalism, plumbing, technicians, electricians and teaching all have a need for more Eco input. For example green blogging, solar panels, and lectures about nature and the planet.
For those already settled in their career choice there are still ways to remain green. Look at your employer and find ways your work space could be greener. Get everybody in the company involved, and when hiring outside work always go for the Eco technicians, or organic cooks!
Networking events are a great place to learn and spread the word. Find out where the Eco Friendly events are happening in your area and mingle. The more people that work together the easier it becomes to meet targets and make a difference.
