Failed Solar Energy Company on the Auction Block
Gig Harbor, WA, October 28, 2011 –(PR.com)– A live auction will be held November 2 and 3, 2011 to disperse assets from failed solar energy company, Solyndra. Heritage Global is slated to auction off millions of dollars of solar equipment after Solyndra, touted to lead California into the future of energy production, filed for bankruptcy.
Solyndra Energy was expected to bring jobs and money to the state of California through its solar panel production. It was backed by the current Obama Administration, who helped secure a $535 million loan for the Freemont based company. Now, it’s on the auction block with 1000′s of solar panels, furniture, and manufacturing equipment up for sale.
