The Vermosa Green Run returns on June 29, 2025, for its fourth consecutive year at the Vermosa Estate in Imus, Cavite, with new and familiar features highlighting fitness, environmental protection, and community empowerment. Entitled Vermosa Green Run 2025: A Force of Four in Year 4, this year’s event amplifies Ayala Land’s commitment to purpose-driven activities through new initiatives and advocacy partnerships.
With road races for 3K, 5K, 10K, and 21K distances, this edition introduces a Plastic Donation and Collection Drive where runners can bring used plastics in exchange for discounted registration. Ayala Land Estates Inc. and Makati Development Corporation will transform these materials into sustainable construction inputs such as concrete aggregates, fencing, and sidewalks to support eco-friendly development.

Dog run and youth program take center stage
Now a fan favorite, the 1K Dog Run returns for the third year to promote bonding between runners and pets while raising awareness for animal welfare. Introduced in 2023, this fun run has become a meaningful activity that blends fitness and advocacy.
The run also welcomes back Takbo Kabitenyo, a youth-centered running group that benefits from mentorship, training, and access to Vermosa’s facilities. These young athletes exemplify the run’s focus on nurturing future sports champions while promoting a healthy lifestyle.
Advocacy-driven proceeds and inclusive participation
Proceeds from the Vermosa Green Run 2025 will go to partner organizations including Pawssion Project, which supports animal welfare; Haribon Foundation, which leads reforestation projects; and Takbo Kabitenyo, which supports young runners in Cavite.
